We are a local black/minority-owned family business whose mission is to provide delicious, flavorful, healthy food to the community. This business was started by just us (husband & wife) who saw the convenience & health benefits of meal prepping for ourselves. Fabiola the founder/Co-owner and executive chef has an extensive background of cooking. She incorporates her Mexican culture in some of the meals and gives them a healthier twist.
